Only 300 copies were printed, and they were issued with 4 different coloured covers. This listing is for the green cover variant. Other versions included pink with blue and green text, brown, and additional alternate shades.
The poem was originally written by Dylan in the early 1960s, believed to be about Joan Baez, and first appeared on the liner notes of her In Concert Part 2 LP.
